Time After Time/Soap World

As I am writing this blog I am finishing up on a couple episodes I missed this week but I have a lot of rage at AMC right now well just most of the residents of PV.  First let me say that Debbie Morgan is the best actress in daytime and Angie is a great person and one of the very few in town I am proud of and like right now.  Now that the nice is out of the way here comes the catty.  You know relationships in this town have probles when the only couple you see in bed after what appears to have been a nice tumble in the sheets is Colby and Damon how much did they SORAS her by now she is only supposed to be like 10 or 11 but they made her 16 a couple years ago and now it seems like she is 20 something.  I had a feeling Asher had some thing to do with the Cortladt's because of the questions he asked Caleb and how he asked them just say my Cat sense's were tingling but yea it looks like he turns out to be Caleb's son I am happy some thing interesting did come out of this ugly kid being here.  I am happy they got Daniel Cosgrove back as Scott which i am pretty I said at some point they should do but still no word on who will play marissa.  Who do you think?  If they refuse to get rid of Alicia Minshew as Kendall bring Sarah Michelle Gellar to play Marissa I miss her being on the show.  Anyway I haven't mentioned yet how much I am NOT liking Tad right now.  he sits around like he is better than Liza and giving her the silent treatment but hey Tad she never killed a man oops did I bring that up when you had so obviously forgotten about it oh and when you do decide you want to grace her with your presence and speak to her its to ask her to let Ryan off the hook and cut Kendall some slack because it was just David nevermind that AJ is hurt by it marissa is all to pieces but hey you and Jake are rid of "the guy" so whoever killed him sould get a medal cuz they did you a "favor".  maybe you shoulda told people you killed Greg Madden and see if you got that damn medal from the people he hurt.  I mean really are you kidding me?  look up hypocrit in the dictionary and Tad's face is righ there.  speaking of Jake I just plain don't like him anymore he can talk about David but he is just as a vendictive ass man as David.  Sitting here acting so cavaliar about a mans death no matter who it is doesn't make you better than he was does it.  I am happy Angie told Jesse to solve this case as he would any other cuz if she hadn't he wouldn't bother because he picks and chooses who to help and who not to it depends on if he likes them or not like when dumbass Kendall was caught jumping baill what did he do called in a favor not toss her in a cell like she shoulda been.  My friend and I were debating the who Ryan/ Greenlee/ Madison/Frankie and she said she wants Ryan and Greenlee together cuz she wants Frankie and Madison to hook up and I said if Frankie and madison hook up I hope there will be someone new for Greenlee and Ryan because the last thing I want is the execs that love living up Cameron's ass to decide to force feed this joke of Rylee down our throats again.  All they were ever good for to me was a nice nap or good excuse for me to get off my ass and do a load of laundry which I hate doing chores during my stories.  Anywho onto this dumb idea Greenlee had to make it look like David killed himself my first thought was are you f-ing kidding me this better not be for real first David was not that weak and second he was much too selffish to kill himself he enjoyed making people miserable too much.  Sure I am behind the idea of him do whatever to frame Ryan but not what Greenlee made it look like and I am happy David's ghost showed up in her head to tell her she was full of it.  I just hope she doesn't sit back like an even duber person and take the wrap but she isn't our same selffish spunky sassy Greenlee anymore she is this stepford version that Ryan likes robot Greenlee.  Oh well guess I will keep watching to see if people shape up especially when Lindsey (ex Teresa Pssions and ex Arianna DAYS) hits town to stir up jake's life.  I like her and I hope she brings her Passions and DAYS fans with her.

Now over on OLTL Tea's alive! Tea's alive! Tea's alive!  I am so happy Tea is alive.  there is almost nothing wrong with this show right now to me the writing is great the actors are working hard and doing well. Kristine Sutherland is doing well as the dean too.  Langston's payback for Ford was so scandelous.  There are some small things I could do without but they are so few it doesn't matter to me that those small flaws are there.  What I do enjoy about Llanview they show people who aren't so crazy rich and need their jobs like in Pine Valley if Grennlee Kendall or Ryan lost their job they could live off their bank account but in Llanview you have people like Gigi Rex (who I don't care much for) Christian the Ford people that includes Nate and Inez they need a job or they lose their homes or can't buy meds for their kids it is nice to see a little reality to my soap because in the real world people are struggling.  I love that one member of the Evan's family is in one of the major storylines right now.  Terrell Tilford, Sean Ringgold have great talent and it is often uptapped having them in the background so I am happy that at least Terrell Tilford is in the front now and watching him go through this storyline with wanting to protect his family but carrying guilt for what he did to Tea and anger toward Eli is deep he is believeable and honestly the performance is just great.  All the rumors about this soap being cancelled should be put to a screeching halt because they have staying power right now I am surprised they aren't beating out other shows because it deserves a better ratings slot but to each his own some just don't like it even though I would recommend it to anyone that likes good drama and just the stuff a soap is really made of.

On GH I have to admit I wasn't watching back in the day when Vanessa Marcil Giovinazzio was on as Brenda but so many have raved over and over about how great brenda was and they want her back soooooo bad so when she was finnaly coming back I got excited because I was a fan of hers when she was on Las Vegas with Josh Duhmel (ex Leo, AMC) but now that she is back I am not that thrilled sure there were funny scene between her and Steve Burton's Jason but like I said I am not thrilled of the Port Charles to Rome bit bring her PC or just go back to things as usual this thing with her in Rome and flashbacking to her life in PC is getting old lets move it along please.  Honestly I think Lucky's undercover story is way more interesting and the Lisa going crazy all over Robin and Patrick is more interesting so play those stories up more and leave this Brenda drama in Rome for the background.

Venting is good for the soul.  I have had a heel of a week and now a sick hubby and two sick kids so it's only gonna get better I'm sure lol.  This has been Cathy being a little catty til next time enjoy and vent more.
