When last we left  "The Bay" Sara and Marly were in the hospital  waiting for news of Peter (who had a siezure during the terrorizing  bomb scare) The rift between them is palpable and very heartbreaking.

In a wonderful article by the Canadian TV Guide writer Nelson Branco a host of soap actors put their feelings into words for his column. The rash of teen suicides from bullying is a national outrage and should be addressed on many levels and their is no better vehicle for this than a soap opera. It is time for the soaps to put aside their fear of backlash from homophobic viewers and take this from the headlines story and bring it to the forefront as only soaps can do.
